Terms of Use
Plain rules for using DocsBee. By using the website you agree to them.
Last updated: 5 October 2026
1. What DocsBee is
DocsBee is a free set of PDF and document tools. Most tools run in your browser, so your files stay on your device. Some AI tools can send text to a Cloud AI service if you choose that mode. See the Privacy Policy for details.
2. Use at your own risk
DocsBee is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the tools are error-free, always available, or right for your purpose. Always keep a copy of your original file and check the result before you share, sign or submit it. This matters most for redaction, compression and conversion.
3. Your files and your responsibility
You are responsible for the files you open and for having the right to use them. Do not use DocsBee for anything illegal, to harm others, or to try to break or overload the service. You keep all rights to your files. We do not claim any rights to them.
4. AI results
AI output (summaries, translations, answers, rewrites) can be wrong or incomplete. Check it before relying on it. Do not use it as legal, medical or financial advice. Do not send text to Cloud AI that you are not allowed to share with a service provider.
5. Ads and third-party services
DocsBee may show ads and may use privacy-friendly traffic statistics from third parties. Their services follow their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for other websites that we link to.
6. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage from using DocsBee, including lost data or lost income.
7. Changes
We may change the tools or these terms. The date at the top shows the latest update. If you keep using DocsBee after a change, you accept the new terms.
